- First 4 pages of Corporation Tax returns for three(3)years
- Three (3)years and current months of Profit & Loss Statements
- Address of company or copy of the Business license.
Borrower Information:
- Name and title (CEO; Pres., etc.)
- First 4 pages of tax returns for past three(3)years.
- Personal tax return and balance Sheets (if applicable) for two years.
- Available amount of down payment.
